Come Bet is the same as the Pass Line bet, but according to the craps rules this bet can be made only after point falls out on the pass line bet. It is determined after the very first roll. The 7 and 11 numbers are winners while the 2, 3, and 12 are losers. And the come point must be re-rolled.
According to the basic craps rules Don't Come Bet is the reverse of Come Bet, that is why if the 2 or 3 comes out the gambler wins, if number 7 or 11 appears the craps player loses.
